This week in class we have been asking:  In science, what would be the best material to use for a dog’s bed? In DT, how can I join materials together? In computing, how can I find my work from last week? In music, how can I use the Boomwhackers to compose? In RE, what things are possible/impossible? In Maths, how can I make the numbers from 20 to 50?

Our Flashback 4 Questions have been:

1. Today: In science, why was fabric the best material for Sherlock’s bed?

2. This/last week: In DT, what was wrong with the Tower of Pisa?

3. This term: In music, what does pitch mean?

4. Last term: In geography, what sort of places are rural, urban or coastal?

Next week, we will be asking: In history, who invented the first car and train? In DT, what joins will I use to build my tower? In science, what are the properties and purposes of different materials? In RE, does everything have a cause? In music, what is a composition grid? In Jigsaw, how can I help myself if I feel poorly?

Next week we will be learning the sounds: ck, kn and e in words such as clock, know and she.

Please check the English Graduate Award that I sent home last week for you to have a go at. If you complete it, bring in the work or send photos to admin@keyinghamprimary.co.uk, answer some questions and you can be awarded the certificate.
