This week in class we have been asking: In geography, what is an urban area and what could you find in it? In Music, what does tempo mean in a piece of music? In computing, how do I use a mouse pad on a laptop? In Maths, how do I compare numbers within 20? In Art, who was Charles McGee and what art did he make?
Our Flashback 4 Questions have been:
1. In Music, what does tempo mean?
2. In Geography, name the countries and capital cities of the UK.
3. In RE, what do Christians and Jews believe God did?
4. What is the scientific word beginning with an ‘r’ to explain the world spinning round for night and day?
Next week, we will be asking: In RE, who is responsible for looking after the world? In Science, what materials have the following properties – hard, soft, dull, shiny, rough or smooth? In geography, what are the features of a coastal area? In art, what is sculpture? In computing, how can I save my work? In music, what is a rhythm? In maths, how can number bonds help me to add?
Next week we will be learning the sounds: oa, ew, ire in words such as boat, blew and fire.
