This week in class we have been asking: Which do you like best, abstract or representational art? What is a human or physical feature in Geography? How do you reply to the question ‘How are you’ in French? How do I use a part-whole model to add up in Maths? Why is Jesus special to Christians? How do I use the Reading Eggs library?

Our Flashback 4 questions have been: How many sounds in the word stool and what is the matching rhyme? If the parts are 2 and 3, what is the whole? Name three things that you know about evergreen trees. What were the names of your Jigsaw characters in FS2?

Next week we will be asking: What do you like about your artwork? Is it like the artists we have studied? What would make you want to live in a village, town or city? If it is dry, which trees would be the best to plant, deciduous or evergreen? How can you link your balances in PE?

Next week we will be revisiting the sounds ar, or and air including words such as spark, fork and stair.

Our Graduate Award that we are still working towards is Being Me, linked to our Jigsaw lessons. Your child has been given a paper copy of this for you to try at home. If they complete it, bring in the work, answer some questions and they can be awarded the certificate.
