This week in class we have been asking: What is 1 less and 1 more of a number? What is a map? What are the different parts of a tree?  What is a primary colour? What happens when people are christened in a Church?  

Our Flashback 4 questions have been: How many sounds in the word moon and what is the matching rhyme? What does it mean to belong to the community and what do you belong to? What is the job of the roots on a plant? What did you do in Forest School last year with Mrs Burman? 

Next week we will be asking: Do trees always have leaves? What do I walk past on my way to school? Is Christianity the only religion in the World? What is abstract art? Are all numbers the same and can what language can we use to compare them? 

Our sounds next week will be ir, ou and oy including words such as twirl, shout and toy
