This week in class we have been learning about: In RE we have learnt about how Jesus treat his friends and his enemies. In Science we have learnt about different habitats around the world. In Jigsaw we have learnt about what our body needs to be healthy. In DT we have learnt skills such as chopping, cutting and grating.

Our Flashback 4 questions have been:

1. What is the resolution of a story?
2. Who is the musician of the month for March?
3. What properties does an umbrella need to have?
4. What is pattern and texture?

Next week we will be learning about: In science we will be learning about microhabitats In RE we will be learning about Easter Sunday. In DT we will be learning more about food and nutrition. Our Jigsaw for the term will be focusing on Healthy Me and next week we will be looking at healthy eating.

In Phonics: most of the children are now learning the Set 3 sounds (see sound mats in bookbags to support your child with their learning). Please continue to read and change their books regularly.

PE Days: our days are Monday and Wednesday.

Book Bags: please send your child with their books on a Monday to be changed for the week. Please read the book several times until they are fluent and no longer sounding out all the words.
