Year 5 have made a great start to the year.  This week year 5 have been studying Roman Numerals.  We have also started writing stories set in another culture.  Our Geography has started with us looking at renewable and non-renewable sources.  We've also begun studying Hinduism in RE.  Next week we will be continuing our writing of narrative stories set in another culture.  We will carry on with our place value work and look at multiplying and dividing by 10, 100 and 1000.  In computing we are investigating how systems work and in science we will be separating mixtures.  Our RE will be looking at how Hindus worship and Geography will continue to look at world trade.

Our PE days are Monday's and Friday's.
