This week in Year 3, we have been reading Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by J. K. Rowling. This week Harry has had his first flying lesson and thanks to Draco Malfoy he has now been picked to play on the Gryffindor Quidditch team.

This week in Year 3, we have been learning how to tie dye and how to do digital art using an iPad. We had to design a message to put on our t-shirts to get others to help the environment. We used fabric pens to put our designs on our t-shirts. In Maths, we have been learning how to find a fraction of a number. Today, we got to spend our Keyingham pounds (that we have earned over this term) in the Keyingham shop.

Next week in Year 3, we will be asking questions like ‘Will the Easter bunny be coming to visit me?’
