This week in Year 2, we have been Reading about Antarctica. We found out that during the winter months, there can be no daylight at all. We also learned that because of the cold climate, there are lots of blizzards, so not many people live there permanently.  

In Maths, we have learned what capacity and volume is and we can read different scales to calculate milliliters, litres and degrees Celsius. 

This week in PE, we have been practicing our sports day races. We created a mindmap on the iPads to show all the things we learned about David Attenborough and we learned about different jobs that help save the planet.
