This week in Year 2, we have been reading 'My amazing body'. We've learned that the kidneys get rid of bad toxins in your body. When you're in the mother's womb you start like a small jellybean and babies have more bones than adults. We've also read 'Germs' which was about how germs and bacteria spread.

In Numeracy, we have been learning how to go across ten and exchange ten when subtracting. We used a new activity called Plickers to answer questions in Maths.

In the afternoon, we've been getting better at learning our lines and knowing when to come onto the stage for our Nativity. In Forest school, we did a treasure hunt using maths skills to find clues.

Next week, in Jigsaw, we will be asking, 'What is Gender diversity?'
