This week in class we have been asking: How can we conduct an investigation in science? What rights and responsibilities do we have in year 2? How can we draw a route? How can we compare Christianity and Sikhism? What are fact families?

We are watching our seeds very carefully this week to see if our predictions were correct and if they have grown!

Our Flashback 4 questions have been: Can you define ‘ordinary’ and ‘extraordinary’? Can you name any colours in French? What is the role of an architect? What is germination?

Next week we will be asking: How does light affect the growth of plants?  How can we find the beat or groove of the music? What methods can we use to add three 1-digit numbers? How many verbs can we find in our book ‘Eddie’s Garden and how to make things grow’?

Our sounds next week will be aw, ear and u-e including words such as crawl, fear and accuse. We will also be looking at reading different place names such as ‘Winchester, Westminster and Blackpool’.

Our Graduate Award that we are working towards is Being Me, linked to our Jigsaw lessons.

Our PE days next week are: Monday and Tuesday.
