In Y1 this week we have been very curious about different jobs that we might do when we are older and have learnt about the job of a civil engineer who designs bridges and we tried to build some ourselves and discovered that if we folded paper into triangles like a fan, we made it stronger. We have been really kind in Y1 by zipping up each others coats and we have been courageous in Maths by finding a half of shapes and numbers and doing a brilliant job of it.
