This week in class we have been asking.... Do we have variation within the same species? How do we adapt to climate change? Can we effectively describe an imaginary world?  Can we multiply and divide fractions?  Can we create text-based adventures using coding?  Are religion and science in conflict? How do artists use the environment?

 Next week we will be asking…are we ready for the challenge of our outdoor and adventurous activities?  The children are looking forward to their year 6 residential at Peat Rigg.  I’m sure they’ll have a great time, grow in confidence and learn a whole new set of skills.

Our spelling rule next week is the sound ‘er’ and includes words like: desert, dessert, heard, herd, determined, favourite, government.

 Children are free to work on whichever graduate award takes their interest.
