This week in class….

The children have worked really hard in our dance rehearsals, represented the school well during our visit to the Driffield Food and Farm show, some of our class went to the Brownlee Triathlon event and we have also managed to fit in lots of learning as well – A busy last week of the term!

Next term (our last one in Year 6) in class we will be asking....

Can we make our last term at primary school a positive and memorable one? What skills do we need to use when writing poetry and speeches? How do you accurately use a protractor when measuring angles? Are there different ways to calculate missing angles in a range of shapes? Do different religions and worldviews shape how people view life’s purpose? What is the difference between physical and chemical changes? How is the music genre ‘ Grime’ different to others?

Our spelling rule for the next week back will be Word Families 1

including: appear, appearance, artist, artistic, disappear, disappearing, display, playful, realisation, realised, realistic, reality, reappeared, replay

Our Graduate Award that we are working towards is …..
